Austen Yueh

With hands-on experience in recruiting and academic background in computer science from MIT, Austen joined BCV in 2025 focused on connecting early-stage founder, investor, and technical talent to BCV. She got her start in recruiting thanks to a fascination with the ML hardware space, which brought her to a Playground Ventures incubation post-MIT. She brings prior experience most recently as a successful recruiting consultant for startups, a senior tech recruiter scaling Stripe's infrastructure engineering teams, and an early team-builder for observability platform Lightstep (acquired in 2021).
