It’s officially been one year since we launched BCV Labs.

Over the past twelve months, we’ve connected hundreds of the brightest product people, engineers and researchers together across San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Our events have directly resulted in some founders meeting their future co-founders, hiring founding engineers and even signing six-figure ACV customer agreements. And, we’re thrilled to scale BCV Labs New York in 2025.

At its core, BCV Labs is a community of talented people building with AI. Around that nucleus, we’ve incubated six new companies building AI infrastructure and agentic applications, created new fellowship programs to bring cohorts of rising stars together and convened advisory boards of buyers and senior executives in technology, cybersecurity and other verticals to accelerate customer discovery.

• We provide founding teams access to space in Silicon Valley and SF, bespoke talent support, a network of potential customers, compute credits and the global Bain Capital platform.
• Flexible financing to fit every situation. We don’t prescribe any standard deal to Labs companies, since each situation is different. Typically, we work with founders to shape ideas before any funds are raised, building together towards the first financing.
• Exclusive events bringing community members together across the world’s leading labs, research institutions, startups and scaled organizations.
