Mr. Coyne joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2009. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Mr. Coyne worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch in New York, where he advised clients across diverse industries on a variety of strategic and financial transactions.

Mr. Coyne graduated with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin School of Business.
