Experience:

Mr. Gaddy joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2009. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Mr. Gaddy worked as a strategy consultant for media, financial service, and consumer product clients at Bain & Company in New York. While attending the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Gaddy worked with several start-ups, including Frogmetrics, a hand-held survey device company, and WisdomTree Funds.

Education:

Mr. Gaddy received a BS in Economics, cum laude, with concentrations in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
