Experience:

Ms. Lam joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2006. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Ms. Lam worked with Parthenon Capital, LLC, specializing in business services, telecommunications and technology. Previously, Ms. Lam worked with Corporate Strategy at Microsoft Corporation and the Boston Consulting Group. She began her career in Audit and Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Education:

Ms. Lam received her BA and Masters of Accountancy, with Distinction, from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
